Picot Horse Training is owned and operated by Julie Picot. We are located on the Valley Center, California. PHT is dedicated to developing a willing partner for their clients. We have an extensive background in Hunter/Jumpers, Dressage and Driving. Julie Picot also enjoys starting young horses and working with problem horses. We have a nice soft approach with starting the youngsters and take the time to expand a horse knowledge under saddle. Julie Picot enjoys working with all breeds of equines.
